At ANM Distributors, based in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, we are committed to providing quality Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and reliable service. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of FMCG products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable or hygiene-related items

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed as a replacement product or credit note, at the discretion of ANM Distributors

  • Cash refunds are generally not provided, unless required by law

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on product type and verification


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted


6. Inspection & Verification

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. ANM Distributors reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the policy conditions.


7. Limitation of Liability

ANM Distributors shall not be responsible for losses resulting from misuse, mishandling, or storage issues after delivery.
